Directions |

From Auckland take SH 1 following signs for Hamilton. Leave SH 1 at exit 477 turning onto SH 2 toward Coromandel Peninsula/Tauranga. Approaching the Coromandel Pneinsula, cross a 2 lane bridge over the Waihou River. Do not take the slip road signposted to Kopu but proceed to the roundabout and take the left exit signposted to Coromandel Town/Thames following SH 25. The entrance to Thorold Country House is 300 metres on the right, before the Mobil Service Station. Enter across the cattle grid and follow the driveway up to the house.
